At Bottle Express, Unipessoal Lda, order cancellations are possible under the following conditions:
A cancellation is only possible on the same day the order was placed.
The cancellation must occur before the order is marked as shipped.
Once your order is marked as “Shipped”, cancellation is no longer possible.
